Shipping within the United States

Available delivery methods and charges are calculated at checkout for eligible standard-size products. Orders are shipped to the address entered during checkout, so please verify all information carefully.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship products generally leave the studio sooner than made-to-order work. The estimated processing time shown on the product page begins after payment is confirmed. Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Made-to-order and custom artwork

Larger Monochrome pieces, statement works and commissions require additional production time. We will communicate the expected schedule when a custom order is confirmed.

Oversized statement pieces

Artwork measuring 60 × 30 inches, 72 × 36 inches or other oversized dimensions may require freight, local delivery, special packaging, signature confirmation or professional installation. When checkout does not provide a suitable method, contact us for a delivery quotation before purchasing.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address associated with the order. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery and arranging prompt receipt. Please do not leave valuable artwork exposed outdoors.

Damage in transit

Inspect the package and artwork promptly. Photograph the exterior packaging, shipping label, protective materials and damage before discarding anything. Contact zyrabyzunaira@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue with the carrier.

International inquiries

International shipping may be considered case by case. Duties, taxes, brokerage fees and import requirements are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
